PUBLIC MARKET SNAPSHOTS

Just this morning, the Mayor callled for a meeting with stallholders for the forthcoming construction of a new Public Market. He told stallholders that the bidding will be held today and that all bidders are from Metro Manila. No local contractors ever bidded for the project.

Construction will commence as early as October 2009, according to the Mayor. There is no stopping for this project anymore. The loan for P48M has been approved.

What a great way to start this Blog. Tanauan, Leyte has one of the best sunrise that I've ever seen. Facing the Pacific Ocean, it gives us the view of the sun reflecting its light on the clear, and calm waters of the Leyte Gulf.
